Processing time
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping methods & costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
- A small flat standard-shipping fee on orders under $50.
- Express shipping available at checkout for priority delivery.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates run from the date of dispatch: standard 3–7 business days, express 1–3 business days. Remote areas and peak periods may take a little longer.
International shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
