This Return Policy sets out your rights to return items purchased from Somishub and how refunds are handled.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging.
How to return
Sign in, open My Orders, select the item and follow the instructions to print a return label or arrange collection. Our team can also start a return for you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we approve your refund to the original payment method. It typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened — such as personal care products, pierced jewellery and gift cards. Exceptions are noted on the product page.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
