Fraudsters sometimes pretend to be well-known shops to trick people into paying or sharing personal details. If something claiming to be P4SHOP doesn't look right, please tell us โ your report helps protect other customers too.
How to spot a scam
- We will never ask for your card PIN, full card number, password or one-time code (OTP) by phone, SMS, email or social media.
- We will never ask you to pay into a personal bank account. Payments are only taken through checkout on our website.
- Be wary of prices that look too good to be true, pressure to pay immediately, or web addresses that are slightly different from ours.
What to report
- Websites, social media pages or phone numbers pretending to be P4SHOP.
- Messages or calls asking for your payment details, password or OTP.
- Orders on your account that you did not place, or payments you don't recognise.
How to report
Contact our support team with as much detail as you can โ screenshots, links, phone numbers and the date it happened. If you think your card or bank details were exposed, contact your bank straight away as well.
