What we don't allow
- Counterfeit or replica goods presented as genuine branded products.
- Product photos, descriptions or logos used without the owner's permission.
- Listings that use another brand's trademark to mislead customers.
Reporting an infringement
If you own a trademark or copyright and believe a product or page on our store infringes it, please send us:
- Your name, company and contact details.
- A description of the work or trademark you own, with proof of ownership or registration.
- A link to each page or product you believe infringes your rights.
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for them.
What happens next
We review every complete report, may remove or disable the listing while we look into it, and will let you know the outcome. Repeated infringement can lead to listings being removed permanently.
